Private Yoga session info


What to expect

Unlike basic classes, private lessons are a one on one experience with an instructor. Private yoga lessons offer clients the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

Each session is tailored specifically to what you need which is why an initial phone call or face time is necessary. The questions asked will cover all the basics, including yoga experience, thermography concerns and history of injuries. This helps your yoga instructor better understand what it is that you need and what postures, meditation or breathing techniques can be offered to you that will truly benefit your body.


Initial interview info:

15 - 30 minutes, complimintary initial interview

Via Face time or Phone call - add in your Face Book name in the "How did you hear about us" section to request a Face time appointment. A Flow Well represenative will contact you after you schedule your first yoga lesson to book this initial interview for you.

Pricing: (Individual)

1 session: $85

4 sessions: $280

Can be scheduled once a week for a month or twice a week for two weeks.

8 sessions: $440

Can be scheduled once a week for 2 months or twice a week for a month. (Twice a week for a month is recommended)

Pricing: (Couple)

1 session: $110

4 sessions: $420

8 sessions: $720

Recommended scheduling is the same.


All fees are nonrefundable once paid.

72 hour cancellation policy

Please call 72 hours before your scheduled session in order to reschedule for another date/time.

If you do call within 72 hours of your scheduled session, unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule you and you will lose the session.

Additional fees

Any location outside of a 20 mile radius from Puyallup, WA or Charleston, SC is an additional $10 a session. Some limits apply.

Shannen Maher is an E-RYT 200 HR Yoga instructor with a diverse background in yoga and breath based practices. In 2014 Shannen completed her 200 HR RYT program, since then she has facilitated various yoga retreats abroad, taught at a variety of yoga studios and completed further intensives to expand her knowledge.

This SC native has a strong passion for holistic health and wellness. After graduating from The University of South Carolina with a BS in Experimental Psychology in 2009, she moved to California where she was able to truly immerse herself in holistic health and yoga. She completed her 200-HR RYT Yoga Teacher training at prestigious Yogaworks in 2014.  Janelle specializes in alignment-based yoga and encourages private clients to slowly build their practice from the foundation.  She believes her yoga practice is vital to her mental, physical and emotional health and loves to share her passion with others!
